I'm a qualified Personal Trainer based in Cranbrook, Kent. I help women and men build strength, lose weight, improve fitness, and feel more confident — both physically and mentally.

I've never trained before — is this for me?
Definitely. A lot of my clients are complete beginners or coming back after time out. We start where you are, build confidence and technique first, and progress from there — no judgement, ever.
Which gym will we train at?
I coach at The Weald Sports Centre in Cranbrook and Impact Gym in Paddock Wood — we'll pick whichever suits you best for location and times.
Can you train me with a health condition?
Yes — it's a specialism of mine. I'm a Level 3 Exercise Referral Specialist and qualified in supporting clients with long-term conditions, so we can train safely and effectively around your health.
What should I bring to the first session?
Comfortable training kit, trainers and a water bottle. Come ready to chat through your goals — the first session is as much about understanding you as it is about training.
